Meghan Trainor showed off dramatic body transformation at The Paper premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday, following her weight loss journey and recent breast augmentation.

The 31-year-old singer looked thinner than ever at the event, held at the Harmony Gold theater, rocking a plunging black and white romper that highlighted her ample cleavage. 

The outfit featured a black top portion with a very low-cut neckline, paired with white shorts and a black, bedazzled bow belt. 

Her platinum blonde tresses were pinned up in a glamorous curly updo, with some strands left to frame her face.

The All About That Bass hitmaker — who admitted to using weight loss drug Mounjaro to help her shed pounds — completed the outfit with black heels and delicate makeup. 

She was joined by husband Daryl Sabara, 33, who was seen giving her affectionate kisses on the cheek.

In April, Trainor finally admitted to using a trendy semaglutide injectable to help her shed a substantial amount of weight over the past year.
