Vienna Würstel, a 25-year-old transgender woman living in Mallorca, Spain, is making headlines for her extreme cosmetic enhancements — particularly her oversized lip fillers, which have now made it difficult for her to breathe or fully close her mouth.
Despite these challenges, Vienna insists she has no intention of stopping.
Vienna began her cosmetic journey at age 18, the legal age for fillers, and says it quickly became an obsession.
“As soon as I could legally get them, I was ready to get plumped,” she told the Daily Mail.
“Big lips, big curves, big everything — it just feels right. To me, huge lips are the ultimate feminine, sexy look.”
Over the past five years, she has spent more than $175,000 on plastic surgery — around $50,000 of that on fillers alone. She currently receives lip injections every two to four weeks and frequently travels to Frankfurt, Germany, to see what she calls “the best extreme lip surgeon ever.”
“Each trip costs me over $2,000,” she said. “But hey, beauty has no price tag.”

Vienna, who currently has 93cc of filler in her lips and aims to reach 200cc within the next year, says the dramatic look brings a lot of attention — both positive and negative.
“I get tons of hate, especially about my lips or how I look,” she admitted. “But it’s always the same kind of people — women whose boyfriends won’t ‘let’ them get work done or people who just can’t afford it. It’s all jealousy and projection. No happy person spends their time leaving hate comments.”
Despite the criticism, Vienna says she feels supported by her close circle. “My family, friends, and partner are incredibly supportive. I feel very loved.”
However, her extreme look has come with physical side effects. She revealed that her lips are now so enlarged they’ve become overly sensitive, her nose is blocked, and she’s forced to breathe through her mouth — which she can no longer fully close.

“I wake up with a sore throat most mornings because my mouth is always open,” she said. “I use a special mouthwash from my dentist to keep my gums healthy, but honestly — it’s worth it. I love my lips so much.”
Vienna isn’t stopping at fillers. She revealed plans for her first nose job and a cat-eye lift in the near future.
“I’m obsessed,” she said. “I believe in the motto: bigger is always better.”
