Shocking New Photos Reveal Cassie Ventura’s Severe Injuries Allegedly Caused By Ex-Boyfriend Sean “Diddy” Combs
Disturbing images released Monday expose the extent of Cassie Ventura’s injuries from alleged beatings by her ex-boyfriend, music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, amid his ongoing federal sex-trafficking and racketeering trial.
More than a dozen photos presented to jurors last week show the R&B singer with extensive bruises, black eyes, and swollen lips reportedly sustained during the attacks. Additional pictures reveal how Ventura tried to hide her wounds using oversized sunglasses, makeup, and hairstyling.
Three selfies taken by Ventura inside an Uber after leaving the InterContinental Hotel in Los Angeles on March 5, 2016, show her wearing large black sunglasses to conceal a black eye and swollen lips from the violent beating, which was caught on surveillance footage.

“That’s me,” Ventura, 41, now a married mother expecting her third child, testified Wednesday. “Just a selfie of my fat lip wearing sunglasses… Because I had a black eye underneath. Just trying to cover it.”
Photos taken two days after the assault show Ventura attending a movie premiere and after-party with Combs, wearing a gold gown and green cocktail dress while continuing to obscure visible bruises with sunglasses. One image captured her during a fitting at Combs’ home, hiding her injuries behind large sunglasses, while another showed a faint bruise on her leg at the after-party.
During her four days of testimony, Ventura detailed a decade-long abusive relationship that ended in 2018, describing multiple instances of physical violence and coercion. She also revealed that Combs forced her to participate in “freak-off” sessions, where he filmed her having sex with male escorts.
Additional photos made public Monday, taken by law enforcement during a raid of Combs’ hotel room in Manhattan on September 16, 2024, include bottles of baby oil, personal lubricants, $9,000 in cash, and bags of pink drugs. These were presented as evidence by Department of Homeland Security Special Agent Yasin Binda.

Among the evidence were two photos taken by Ventura’s mother in December 2011, showing bruises on her daughter’s lower back and right thigh after Combs allegedly assaulted her upon discovering she had been seeing rapper Kid Cudi. Another pair of images depicted a bloody gash above Ventura’s right eyebrow from a 2013 incident where Combs reportedly threw her onto a bed, causing her to hit her face on the bed’s corner.
Ventura testified that Combs became enraged when she fell asleep and hadn’t packed for their trip to Drake’s OVO Fest in Toronto. Another photo showed her wearing sunglasses to hide bruises from an alleged beating on a 2013 trip to Jamaica.
An unsettling image also emerged of a kitchen knife wedged into a door handle at Ventura’s home near the end of their relationship in 2018. She explained that she placed the knife there for protection against Combs’ unexpected visits.
“I was getting a lot of unannounced visits from Sean and I was trying to kill two birds with one stone,” she said. “Lock [the door] and I had a weapon.”
The 55-year-old music mogul denies all charges, which carry a potential life sentence if convicted.
