Alina Maratovna Kabaeva, a former Olympic gymnast, is reportedly the longtime partner of Russian president Vladimir Putin.

In 2023, it got leaked that 72-year-old Vladimir Putin secretly spent millions on his 42-year-old girlfriend to buy big properties for her and the young children he shares with her.

According to The Telegraph, the Russian president allegedly funnelled millions in illicit funds to buy a big mansion and a large penthouse for Kabaeva.

Kabaeva and Putin started dating in 2008 – six years prior to the official end of his divorce from his former wife, Lyudmila.
