A female passenger on a Southwest Airlines flight from Philly to Chicago created a scene during a recent flight after she stripped naked and defecated on her seat.

According to the airline, the horror incident on board Flight 418 resulted in police being called and medical personnel for ‘a situation involving a customer.’

In a statement, Southwest said the aircraft had to be taken out of rotation as a result and deep-cleaned.

‘Our Teams are reaching out to those on board to apologise for the situation and any delays to their travel plans,’ the airline said in a statement, as reported by NBC Chicago.

‘Nothing is more important to Southwest than the safety of our customers and employees, and we appreciate the professionalism of our flight crew.’
