A man whose name is undisclosed aged around 50 is reportedly dead in freak accident after falling into a cement mixing tank then got caught in the cement mixer blades at a cement block factory Wednesday morning.

How He Was Found

His dead body was found floating in the tank. His right hand from the elbow and his head were severed.

He was only identified by relatives through tattoo on his left arm.

Were There Signs of Struggle?

Forensic team noted that there are no signs of struggle or other injuries on the body that could cause the death of the deceased. So it was not like he wrestled with someone before he was pushed inside.

The case was classified as sudden death … Meanwhile, this is not the end of investigation though as authorities are still looking into the matter.

The body of the man was successfully extracted by his team from the 10-foot tank at 4 pm after his body was first found 11:44 am.

‘The victim is believed to have fallen into the cement mixing tank on his own and got caught in the mixer blade,’ District Police Chief ACP Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said in a statement.
