Alec Baldwin furiously smacks anti-Israel protester's phone AFTER being hounded to say 'free Palestine'

Alec Baldwin was caught on camera smacking the phone of an anti-Israel protester who accosted him inside a New York City coffee shop.

What Happened?

The protester repeatedly asked Baldwin to say ‘free Palestine’. But a visibly irritated Baldwin asked a coffee shop employee to call the police and told the protester he would not say free Palestine.

‘F**k Israel, f**k Zionism, please say it,’ the protester demanded, while also making references to the Rust movie set shooting where Baldwin still faces criminal charges.

Baldwin said ‘can you do me one quick favor’ before smacking the protester’s phone from her hand.

‘Alec can you please say free Palestine one time,’ the protester repeatedly shouted at Baldwin.

‘Free Palestine, Alec, just one time and I’ll leave you alone. I’ll leave you alone, I swear, just say free Palestine one time.’

He Was Frustrated

A coffee shop employee tried to ask the protester to stop quibbling with Baldwin, as the actor walked towards the door and asked her to leave.

’Why Did You Kill That Lady?’

‘Why did you kill that lady? You killed that lady and got no jail time,’ the protester said referencing the fatal Rust set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins.

Baldwin’s criminal trial for the shooting is set to begin on July 10, after a grand jury indicted him for involuntary manslaughter back in January.

The actor, 66, has pleaded not guilty to the charge and his defense attorneys are urging the judge to dismiss the indictment against him, accusing prosecutors of ‘unfairly stacking the deck’ in grand jury proceedings, per the Associated Press.

Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was sentenced to 18 months in prison after she was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in March by a jury, making her the first crewmember to be convicted in the accidental shooting of Hutchins.
