Sophie Turner was seen for the first time since her estranged husband, Joe Jonas, filed for divorce, after four years of marriage and two children, last week.
The mutual split
One week after announcing that they ‘mutually decided’ to split in a joint statement on Instagram, the 27-year-old English actress, best known for her starring role as Sansa Stark on Game of Thrones, appeared to be focusing on work as she filmed her new drama Joan in Spain.
The estranged couple share daughter Willa, 3, and a second daughter born in July 2022.
As she enjoyed a quick cigarette break, the two-time Emmy winner was nearly unrecognizable as she sported a platinum blonde bob wig and massive temporary tattoo on her back.
Turner’s look after divorce
The Survive star, who portrays notorious jewel thief Joan Hannington in the upcoming ITVX show, sported a gray spandex shorts, a black tank top with an extremely low back and black Adidas slides.
Her dramatic makeup look consisted of a sexy smokey eye, a bold red lipstick and heavy black liquid eyeliner.
As she quietly smoked outside, Turner clutched her phone, which was protected by a Toy Story-themed phone case.
The film obviously holds a special place in her heart as she and Jonas previously got matching Toy Story tattoos on their wrists in 2018.
His tat reads: ‘To infinity’ while hers completes the Buzz Lightyear’s line: ‘& beyond.’
The mother-of-two and singer, 34, stated that their breakup was ‘a united decision’ and they ‘mutually agreed’ to end their marriage.
‘After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually agreed to amicably end our marriage,’ they said in a statement, which she uploaded to her Instagram.
The pair concluded: ‘There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.’
Jonas officially filed for divorce from wife Sophie last Tuesday with documents stating that their relationship is ‘irretrievably broken.’
Over the weekend, he got emotional while shed some light on how he’s been doing since news broke that they called it quits.
